All photographs are made either with a large format film camera resulting in a large 4”x5” transparency/negative, or a 6x17cm Fuji GX617 panoramic camera. The large transparencies or negatives are then scanned with Hasselblad/Imacon scanner. Gevork works on the very large digital files produced by the scanner in Lightroom and Photoshop to bring back detail and color in the image to the way he visualized the original scene. No artificial colors are added to the photos. Gevork also does not work with color modifying filters.

The master file is finally used to produce amazing prints onto Fujiflex Crystal Archival SuperGloss paper or Canson Platine Fibre Rag. FujiFlex SuperGloss is the ultimate choice by the greatest photographers in the world to produce bright, sharp and colorful prints with huge visual impact. For facemount option, the FujiFlex print is then permanently bonded between a special layer of 1/4” crystal clear acrylic sheet and a 1/8” thick dibond backer. This process is called Acrylic Face Mounting, which preserves your print for over 100 years. The face mount has a vibrance and depth without equal. The face mount is ready to be hung without the need for framing, using an aluminum subframe to float it from the wall.

Canson® Infinity Platine Fibre Rag Prints are made with premium 100% cotton Platinum paper that Canson has supplied for many years to the original Platinum and Platine photographic market, with the latest microporous coating, making the traditional darkroom paper now available to us.

The prints are custom made to order, so your order may take up to 2 to 4 weeks to ship.  Matting and mounting is available at an extra cost. If desired, please contact the artist below
